  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills to engage effectively with students, teachers, and parents.

  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to relate to and motivate students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.

  • Flexibility and adaptability to work in different classroom environments and support varying teaching styles.

  • Organisational and time management skills to handle multiple tasks and prioritise responsibilities.

Qualifications

  • 2 years experience working with children in an classroom environment.

  • School diploma or equivalent (additional certification or coursework in education is a plus).

  • Previous experience working with children or in an educational setting is preferred.

  • Familiarity with educational principles, teaching methods, and classroom management techniques.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Patience, empathy, and the ability to work with students of diverse backgrounds and abilities.

  • Basic computer skills and familiarity with educational technology.
