Position Overview

As a School Receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for students, parents, staff, and visitors. Your role is to provide administrative support and ensure the smooth operation of the school's front desk. Responsibilities

  • Coordinate appointments and meetings, manage calendars, and prepare necessary documentation.

  • Assist with general administrative tasks, such as photocopying, filing, and data entry.

  • Communicate important information and announcements to students, parents, and staff.
