Responsibilities

Maintain accurate records of compliance activities, reports, and documentation.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to provide guidance and support in compliance-related matters.
Assist in the development and implementation of compliance training programs.
Stay updated on changes in regulations and industry trends to ensure compliance practices remain up to date.
Support the preparation of compliance reports and presentations for management and regulatory authorities.
Assist in investigating and resolving compliance-related issues or incidents.
Contribute to the continuous improvement of compliance processes and procedures.
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
Strong understanding of recruitment processes and best practices.
Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.
Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.
Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.
Strong organisational and time management skills.
Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.
Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
Qualifications
1 year experience working in office environment.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).
Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a similar role is an advantage.
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
