  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in work.

  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment.

  • Proficient in using recruitment software and tools.

  • Ability to build and maintain professional relationships.

Qualifications

  • 1 year experience working in office environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (preferred).

  • Previous experience in recruitment, sourcing, or a similar role is an advantage.

  • Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and recruitment software.
