  • Identify and mitigate contract risks, providing recommendations and solutions to minimize potential legal and financial liabilities.

  • Conduct contract analysis and interpretation, summarizing key terms and conditions, rights, and obligations for stakeholders.

  • Coordinate contract approvals and execution processes, ensuring appropriate signatures and documentation are obtained.

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and provide guidance on contract-related matters.

  • Assist in the development and improvement of contract templates, processes, and policies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.

  • Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance in contract management activities.
