Collaborate with internal departments, legal counsel, and external parties to clarify contract terms, resolve issues, and negotiate favorable terms and conditions.
Maintain an organised and up-to-date contract management system, including contract tracking, documentation, and version control.
Monitor contract performance and compliance, ensuring that all parties fulfill their obligations and deadlines are met.
Identify and mitigate contract risks, providing recommendations and solutions to minimize potential legal and financial liabilities.
Conduct contract analysis and interpretation, summarizing key terms and conditions, rights, and obligations for stakeholders.
Coordinate contract approvals and execution processes, ensuring appropriate signatures and documentation are obtained.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather necessary information and provide guidance on contract-related matters.
Assist in the development and improvement of contract templates, processes, and policies to enhance efficiency and effectiveness.
Stay updated on relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards to ensure compliance in contract management activities.

Strong understanding of contract law principles, including contract formation, interpretation, and negotiation.
Excellent attention to detail, with the ability to review and analyze complex contractual documents accurately.
Proficient in contract management software and tools, as well as Microsoft Office Suite.
Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with stakeholders at all levels.
