Position Overview

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Drinks Dispense Maintenance Technician to join our team. As a technician, you will be responsible for maintaining, repairing, and troubleshooting various types of beverage dispensing equipment, ensuring smooth operations and customer satisfaction.

Responsibilities

• Perform routine maintenance, cleaning, and sanitization of drink dispensing systems.

• Identify and resolve technical issues related to beverage dispensing equipment, such as CO2 leaks, pump malfunctions, and temperature inconsistencies.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure equipment functionality and compliance with health and safety standards.

• Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for equipment repairs and replacements as needed.

• Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities, including repairs, replacements, and inventory management.

• Provide training and guidance to staff members on proper use and maintenance of drink dispensing equipment.

  
  

Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

• Solid understanding of beverage dispensing systems, including keg systems, draft beer systems, soda dispensers, and coffee machines.

• Proficient in diagnosing and troubleshooting technical issues related to drink dispensing equipment.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to perform tasks with precision.

• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.

• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members, vendors, and customers.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced environment.

• Knowledge of health and safety regulations pertaining to beverage dispensing equipment.

  
  

Qualifications

• School diploma or equivalent.

• Certification or training in beverage dispensing systems or related field is preferred.

• Previous experience in drinks dispense maintenance or a similar role is advantageous.
