  • Maintain bid documentation, including tracking versions, revisions, and updates.

  • Assist in the coordination of bid review meetings, ensuring appropriate stakeholders are involved.

  • Communicate with vendors, subcontractors, and internal teams to obtain necessary bid-related information.

  • Support the bid team in compiling and analyzing data for bid performance reporting.
