Knowledge, Skills & Attributes

  • 3 years experience working in an office environment or remotely.

  • Proven experience as an Administration Manager or in a similar administrative role.

  • Strong knowledge of office management procedures and best practices.

  • Excellent organisational and time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

  • Proficient in using office software and applications, including MS Office.

  • Strong leadership and interpersonal skills to effectively manage and motivate a team.

  • Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities.

  • Attention to detail and accuracy in all work.


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or a related field (preferred).

  • Proven experience in administration management or a similar role.

  • Familiarity with relevant software and technology.

  • Knowledge of HR processes and regulations is a plus.
