Coordinate patient referrals to other healthcare providers and specialists as necessary, ensuring proper documentation and timely communication.
Maintain cleanliness and organization of the reception area, waiting rooms, and other common areas.
Assist with administrative tasks, such as data entry, filing, and scanning documents, to support efficient operations within the healthcare facility.
Knowledge, Skills & Attributes
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to interact effectively with patients, families, and healthcare professionals.
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail to manage appointment schedules, patient records, and administrative tasks accurately.
Proficiency in using electronic medical records (EMR) systems and basic computer skills.

Qualifications
2 years experience working in a medical profession environment.
School diploma or equivalent; additional certification in medical office administration or related field is a plus.

Familiarity with medical terminology, insurance procedures, and electronic medical records (EMR) systems is advantageous.
